What if I need an emergency appointment outside of Kelly's business hours?

I try to be accommodating to my clients' needs. If you need an emergency appointment outside of my business hours, I'll try to make it work.

I need to cancel an appointment. What is your
cancellation policy?

Cancel as soon as you realize that you cannot make an appointment, preferably before 24 hours hours prior to your appointment.

I encourage you to bring a picture or pictures when you are looking for a new style. Together, we will figure out what works best.
